Gaggia - Carezza Deluxe Espresso Machine

The Gaggia Carezza Deluxe is a very capable espresso machine with great design and some clever features that are sure to impress.

This machine is a single boiler design capable of producing great espresso, steaming milk, and dispensing hot water for other various drinks. It features a temperature gauge for more control over the brewing of espresso. The steam wand is equipped with a panarello attachment for perfect frothed milk. The double walled crema filter combined with the preheating cycle ensures hot coffee and good crema are easily achievable. The integrated cup holder on top of the machine will keep your cups warm and ready for use. The water reservoir is accessible from the front of the machine meaning the machine does not have to be moved to be refilled as the water tank easily slides out from machine and can be filled at the sink. This machine also features a pre-brewing process to maximize flavour extraction from the coffee grinds, a feature usually reserved for commercial espresso machines.

The Carezza does not include a tamper in the box as the machine is designed to self tamp once the Portafilter has be locked in place. Some may find this to be not so great a feature but the machine does still function very well without manual tamping. The machine can also use Kit Pods and ESE  pads for those looking for hassle free espresso. The machine also tells the owner when descaling is required, a very useful addition.
