Lever coffee machines

Lever espresso machines use a hand-operated lever to control the espresso brewing process. Pulling the lever starts pre-infusion, allowing hot water from the boiler to enter the heated brew group. As the lever returns to its original position, a spring applies pressure to the coffee grounds and extracts the espresso. This traditional brewing method gives the user direct control over the extraction process.
