At the International Coffee Tasting 2026 Trismoka was awarded two gold medals; one for this Miss Moka blend and the other for Trismoka's Gourmet 100 blend. The Miss Moka beans received an impressive score of 90.46/100 - this is international recognition for Trismoka's commitment to quality.
Miss Moka is a specialty blend created by Trismoka to support women coffee farmers in the world. Composed by specialty coffees from Brazil, Guatemala and Colombia. The Brazilian coffee is harvested at 1050m and processed using the natural method. The Guatemala is instead processed using the washed method, as the Colombia, which is left to ferment for 72 hours. In the cup it presents a good body, a low and pleasant acidity, followed by a medium-high sweetness.
There is a long supply chain, which starts far from Trismoka: in the countries of the South of the world, where the workforce is made up of 70% women. Who are unable to access education, credit and trade. To improve the living conditions of these women, Trismoka has set up the Miss Moka project: an initiative aimed to create virtuous collaborations with the women who work in the plantations from which Trismoka raw coffee comes.
