The Sage Barista Touch is a bean to cup espresso machine that takes you from whole beans to café-quality coffee in minutes, with no barista training needed. A built-in conical burr grinder, a colour touchscreen and automatic milk texturing do the work, so you get consistently great espresso, flat whites, cappuccinos and lattes at home.
Fresh beans, ground on demand
The integrated conical burr grinder grinds your beans fresh for every shot, which is the biggest single step towards better-tasting espresso. Adjust the grind size to suit your beans and your taste, and the machine automatically doses the right amount.
Touchscreen control, barista-quality results
Choose your drink from the intuitive touchscreen. Five preset coffees are ready to go (espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino and flat white), and you can personalise strength, milk temperature and texture to suit you. Save your own settings so your favourite drink is one tap away every time.
Precise temperature and balanced extraction
PID digital temperature control keeps the water at exactly the right temperature, and the 15 bar Italian pump delivers the pressure needed for rich, full-bodied espresso with a proper crema. Low-pressure pre-infusion gently wets the grounds first for an even, balanced extraction.
Silky microfoam, automatically
