The Classika PID is a machine for customers who want the best espresso shots possible but only need a milk wand occasionally (maybe for when a guest comes around and asks for a milk based flat white). This is a single boiler machine with a PID so you will have the perfect temperature for your espresso shots all the time. The brew pressure can also be adjusted by the customer externally on the machine.
