The pro 700 is their flagship dual boiler machine and it certainly upholds that reputation, many are drawn to the pro 700 by its classic looks, the time-tested E61 group head shines on the machine with clean beveled edges and minimal geometric design you'll see proof of Profitecs attention to detail all over this machine in premium touches like the unique polygamous custom black pressure gauges and the prophetic insignia cut into the drip tray internally. You'll find the same attention to detail on the pro 700s panels. Every wire and tube is in perfect order so any maintenance or repairs are easily executed and only requires standard tools. The specs of those internals are equally compelling with dual boilers, and the ability to run on either its internal reservoir or a direct water line. It'll serve any coffee lover. It backs that versatility up with power particularly in its two-liter steam boiler which is capable of an amazing 2 bar pressure when compared to the 1.5 bar pressure which is standard on most machines.
You'll notice that you're able to texture and heat your milk much more quickly whether you just need a single espresso or a half-dozen large lattes, the pro 700 will handle it with ease. On the topic of espresso, the pro 700 is capable of quality and quantity. It's PID allows you to precisely control temperature down to the degree to match any roast.
When you start pulling a shot it also functions as a handy shot timer with a sizable brew boiler and the famously temperature stable E61 group head it'll maintain that temperature for shot after shot so that everyone gets the same deliciously dialed espresso.
